Comprising of 34 luxury apartments and 13 linked villas all with private garden, BBQ, roof top terraces and Jacuzzi.
In total we have 17 one bedroom apartments which look over the pools, Jacuzzi and gardens or overlook the Laguna Golf course and have sea views.
Pool View properties are located on either the ground and first floors, whilst the properties on the golf course are on the ground, first or second floor with spectacular views out to sea.
We also have a disabled unit complete with huge wet room.
These properties come with an American style kitchen with built in microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and other things you would expect from this quality of property.
The properties include a dishwasher and washing machine.
These properties come in a choice of sleep 2/3 or 4 people and a choice of double or twin beds.
Laguna Golf has 12 simplex two bedroom apartments, all these properties are south west facing and have sea and golf views. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite whilst the second full bathroom shares with the lounge.
All these properties have terraces leading from the lounge and bedrooms for you to sit, relax and enjoy the views.
These properties come with a full kitchen including all of the above.
These properties can sleep up to six adults.
Two Bedroom Triplex Apartments
We have 4 two bedroom triplex apartments which are on three levels, these en-suite bedrooms are on the lower level whilst the kitchen, huge lounge and W.C. are located on the entry level and on the upper level you have a enourmous rooftop terrace complete with your own private Jacuzzi.
All these properties are south facing complete with terraces of each level and have sea views as well as looking over the pool, jacuzzi and gardens.
These properties come with a full kitchen including all of the above.
Three Bedroom Triplex Apartment
This end of property three bedroom triplex has absolutely fantastic views from all levels. Bedrooms again are located on the lower level except this has the additional bedroom. Huge lounge, dining area and terraces front and side for fabulous views and outside living only topped by the largest of rooftop terraces and of course private Jacuzzi.
"Absolutely Superb" was what our first guests said when they came and stayed with us in July for their stay. When you enter you will be amazed at the size of the property. On the ground level you have 3rd bedroom with en-suite, cloakroom, storage area, lounge and dining area with separate full kitchen and outside you have a private garden complete with BBQ.
On the next level you have two double bedrooms each with their own verandas and en-suite bathrooms and then on the upper level you have the enormous rooftop terrace complete with your own private Jacuzzi.
Again, all properties completely furnished as you would now expect.
